When building self esteem there are many things that are important. By living a healthy life will build your self esteem. When you focus on changing your eating habits and follow through. You will see a change and feel great for your body and mind. You will realize that you did this and you are capable of other change. When you exercise you will feel powerful during exercising and after. Exercising will motivate you and boost your self esteem. When you have a finance or career goal it will be beneficial to also have a health and fitness goal. They will go hand and hand.
